Layoffs are very common, and you have no control it. Of all things, that should be least of the things you should worry about. Hmm… actually wait., I don’t know how to push beyond 40. Should we? or should we rake in as much as possible before reaching 40?.. probably the latter. That requires some real research. Observe the old heads in your office.
