Light Novel / Visual Novel recommendations

Alright, I got you covered.

Visual novels

If you’re picking any of this, do not read synopsis. Personally, I hate doing that. Even the tiniest information about the plot or story, I consider it as spoiler. From connoisseur to another connoisseur, take my advise [wink].

I haven’t played myself a lot of titles, but here are some that I’ve been playing and really liked:

  1. steins;gate - https://store.steampowered.com/app/412830/STEINSGATE/
  2. Fate Stay / Night - I got no direct links, but you can work yourself from here: https://nijuyonkadesu.github.io/preemptive-impressions/setup/gaming-on-linux#steam--game-setup
  3. DDLC - https://ddlc.moe/ (not the plus version)
  4. Danganronpa - https://store.steampowered.com/app/413410/Danganronpa_Trigger_Happy_Havoc/

If you appreciate them, you can try a lot more from community recommendations.

It’s hard to recommend novels in general. Too many genres and too many good novels. You gotta specify.

Anyway, just saying, you can read any good stuff by John Green like “Searching for Alaska”, “Paper Towns”, “An abundance of Katherines” etc.

If you want fantasy then read Malazan Book of the Fallen, Stormlight Archives, Mistborn etc.

A recently I read Tweet Cute, which was recommended by my friend.

And you can always read the classics by Charles Dickens, Anna Sewell, John London, Munshi Premchand, Leo Tolstoy etc.
