Dispatches / a short note
Think like Ayanokoji
It's extremely tough to follow, but well worth it.
- Knowledge + Experience + Reading + Analysing the surroundings [ interpret and explain the surrounding in your head ] Learn from experience 30 mins thinking about what you did on previous day (Robert Green) > what you did > what could have done differently > how could have you made the day more differently > consider what would have happened if you have tried ‘x’ instead of ‘y’ (like a strategist) Books. (forces us to think and build stronger) > active engagement > question concepts “how does this work?” “why is this important?” “and how can I use it?” > books on power and politics > books on philosophy and well written > mystery novels
- Execute (coz, action shapes your reality) AAA Framework Act - Access - Adjust > Take action on something that you’ve learnt from a book / any > See how it works and the response you get from this world Keep the AAA cycle going
- Pain Practice their ass off and fry their brain Mindset - write it down and read it every single day “I just need to put little more effort into practicing” Feel tired because of the work ?? Keep pushing forward. because it is important to push harder. when you wanted to quit the most. because it strengthens our mind.
- Replacement (that boosts of ability to compete and be the best) Examples: Replacing strong believes with weak ones ? Swapping bad habits with good ones (this is somewhat understandable) Reading a book for 30 minutes instead of playing video games > the screen time was 9 hours a day. reducing it, saves <= 37.5% of a year Essential principle to focus on for self improvement
- Beliefs (important) - get the fing notebook (I have fuffuufu) Each time your head hurts, that’s when you get stronger - Iron Mind

- actually following pre-decided routine
